When you sign up for our newsletter
We collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name. We use this to send you updates about AWARE™, including product news, industry insights, and company announcements.

How long we keep your data
Website analytics data is retained for 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Newsletter subscriber data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we remove your personal data from our active lists within 30 days. We may retain a suppression record of your email address to ensure we do not accidentally contact you again.
Contact form and email data is kept for 12 months from the date of last contact, unless an ongoing relationship requires us to retain it longer.
